Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay a penalty.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

To withdraw from the contract here, please contact us directly by e-mail at the following address: ks3d.42@gmail.com, indicating your order number, your first and last names, as well as the product(s) concerned.

You can use the following declaration model (optional):

"I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for order no. [...], placed on [...]. Consumer's name: [...]. Date: [...]"

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal request without delay, by e-mail.

Return period

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid (excluding return costs) within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of their shipment.

Exceptions

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., personalized 3D name letters, engravings and custom personalizations).
